Hi Everyone,
I just finished my interview with chef, Anita Lo, and we discussed her new cookbook, Solo; A Modern Cookbook for a Party of One”. This is the perfect cookbook for anyone who lives alone, or finds themselves cooking for only one or two people often. The cookbook is not vegetarian, but it has many recipes that are, and recipes that can be used as inspiration for others. One of the things I love about the book is its multi-cultural approach to cooking, and the introduction of new ingredients that can be life altering. Have you used Calabrian Chili or Lao Gan Ma before? Check them out in this book, along with great tips on how to use the leftovers, how to store foods so they last longer, and ways to avoid food waste. If you missed the interview, you can listen to it below!
