Yesterday, I had a great interview with Jerusha Klemperer about the work of FoodPrint, and what they are doing to help educate the public on our current food system, and the ways that our food choices impact the planet. FoodPrint’s goal is to explain the benefits of a more sustainable approach to food production and to offer tools to help everyone make more informed choices.
