The Coronavirus has upended our normal routines, to say the least, but we are not powerless. We have the ability to make wise decisions (social distancing, washing our hands, and staying home) and to do things that will boost our immune system and help us stay safe, should we encounter the virus.
My favorite “go-to” tincture is Zand Formula, ‘Insure’, The one I usually get is already out of stock on Amazon, but they still have the one with Elderberry. I swear by this! Take 3 dropper fulls directly into your mouth, 3x per day. It even tastes good!
It’s also recommended to take high doses of Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and load up on Ginger, Garlic, and Cayenne Pepper. Make a big pot of Miso Vegetable Soup and put in chunks of ginger, handfuls of garlic cloves, and some red pepper flakes. It will do you wonders, and it is delicious. Everyone will love it!
Finish it off with some Green Tea, and you are good to go!
