For more than half a century, discussions of “unexplained phenomena” (aka, UFO’s) has stayed hidden within the Pentagon and Military, but for the first time in decades, the discussions have entered the Congress floor. Transparency, as we have learned, is not something our military or government is a custom to, so they are moving forward with caution, but at least the discussions are happening.
