Well I can’t believe it’s officially the end of summer! Labor Day has come and gone, and the kids are already back in school. Every year it seems as if summer is flying by quicker than the year before, and I just don’t know where the time goes. This past weekend, I got to celebrate the end of summer with some dear family and friends. The food, music, and love, set me off on a new high and I am refreshed for another year! Speaking of high, the Jewish High Holidays come early this year too, so for all of you who celebrate Rosh Hashanah, may I wish you a Happy New Year! L’Shana Tova!

I am busy preparing for a trip that I had planned over 30 years ago, and it is finally coming to fruition. I am heading off to India with my dear Satsang friend, and we will be visiting the Ashram of my teacher, Neem Karoli Baba, and surrounding ourselves with the exotic colors, rituals and flavors of India. I can’t wait! Keep an eye out for my newsletters. I will be blogging from India and sharing all of my adventures with you!
