December 5th, Pride and Purpose Debate: Should the U.S. Enact Stronger Regulations Against Genetically Modified Crops?

The Hofstra University Cultural Center and the Office of University Relations?in collaboration with the Department of Rhetoric present the first Pride and Purpose Debate. Four guest panelists will debate the topic:?Should the U.S. Enact Stronger Regulations Against Genetically Modified Crops? This debate will be moderated by?Phillip Dalton, PhD,?Chair and Associate Professor?for the Department of Rhetoric at Hofstra University.

Kevin Folta,?Associate Professor in Horticultural Sciences at the University of Florida,?Interim Chair of the Department of Horticultural Sciences
