Hi Everybody,
If you missed my interview with Elizabeth Henderson last Thursday, you can listen to it here! Elizabeth has been a pioneer in the Sustainable Food Movement for the past 30 years, and has been an advocate for fair labor wages for farmers and farm workers. Through her work with NOFA-NY, she is one of the creators of the Agricultural Justice Project and the newly launched Food Justice Certification Program, which verifies organizations and companies that are paying livable wages to their employees. Her book, Sharing the Harvest: A Citizen’s Guide to Community Supported Agriculture, is a primer for anyone wanted to start a CSA or learn more about the benefits of Community Supported Agriculture. Please share this link with your friends and enjoy the show!
