Yesterday I had a great interview with Marco Borges, the Founder of The 22 Nutrition, and author of The 22 Day Revolution. His diet plan is a plant based, vegan diet, which is also gluten free, soy free, and GMO free, that incorporates exercise and provides tools to replace old habits with new ones. The basic premise is that it takes 21 days to break a habit, and on the 22nd day, you can start your life a new, with healthy habits in place of the old.
