1 bunch of mint, some chopped and some whole leaves for garnish
Instructions
Put all of the cut up fruit into a large bowl. Feel free to add other fruit as well.
Make the sauce by combining the cashews, tahini, vanilla, lemon juice, maple syrup, and water, in a high powered blender. Puree until very smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
Mix in a little chopped mint, according to your taste.
Serve in martini glasses. Fill glass with fruit salad.
Drizzle with sauce and garnish with whole mint leaf.
