Recipe: Black Soba Noodles with Sauteed Broccoli in Garlic & Oil

Ingredients
1 package black soba noodles, cooked according to direction, al dente
¼ cup olive oil
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbs. chopped garlic
¼ white wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
While the pasta water is heating up, in a heavy skillet or wok, heat ¼ cup of olive oil. Add the onions, and cook on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until the onions begin to caramelize.
At this time, you can add the pasta to the boiling water. Do not over cook the pasta!
Add the garlic and cook for another minute or so, then add the broccoli. Add more olive oil if necessary. Cook until the broccoli begins to soften. Add the wine and salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes, and remove from heat.
Add the pasta to the broccoli, and toss.
