The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will host an open house and public meeting to discuss the NRC’s assessment of safety performance at Indian Point Units 2 and 3 for 2013. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m,, the NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Entergy’s performance at Indian Point during calendar year 2013. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions related to Indian Point. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the NRC will host a question and answer session in an adjacent area.
