Please join us at this day-long exploration of the “ins and outs” of food enterprises fueling a culinary renaissance in Brooklyn and beyond, Slow Money NYC and Food Book Fair present:

- Resource Fair for up-and-coming business owners 1:00-4:00 PM.
- Pitch Competition for seed stage, pre-revenue companies 4:00-6:00 PM.
- Write Down to Business, pop-up?store where you can chat with authors whose books tell about selling food: the good, the bad and the delicious 1:00-4:00 PM.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Small food start-ups that are hungry . . . for good information and high quality assistance. Like all small business, food enterprises need services that are specialized for their unique needs. ?Exhibitors specializing in assisting small food and farming business will showcase their products, services and opportunities.
EXHIBITORS
Food + Enterprise: Resource Fair at Food Book Fair is an amazing opportunity for you to showcase your business, organization or agency and how it helps grow local food enterprises. The Wythe Hotel as our backdrop, we will celebrate food writing, reading and eating with over 300 people throughout the course of the afternoon. Due to space restrictions, we ask that each business bring no more than two representatives total.

RATES
- Lead Sponsor $5,000: Table, Logo Placement, Pitch Judge, Poster/Banner

TIMING
- Load in and set up is between 11a-12pm / load out is from 6-7 PM.
- Guests arrive and main event begins at 1PM and ends at 4PM — 4PM-6PM is the Pitch Competition.
Space is limited and applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
