This extraordinary evening will highlight dishes that re-imagine Thanksgiving using edible insects as the primary source of protein, and acknowledge the contributions of Native Americans and America’s culinary melting pot to the traditional Thanksgiving feast. Portion of tonight’s proceeds will benefit the non-profit “Farms for Orphans.”
