Vendors (to date) include; Jewel (our host restaurant for the evening), Roots Bistro Gourmand (West Islip), West East All Natural Bistro (Hicksville), Besito (Huntington and Roslyn), Lombardi?s Market (Holbrook), Frosae (refreshingly delicious sorbet made from Long Island wines) and Whole Foods Markets (locations in Jericho, Manhasset and Lake Grove). Thirsty, too? No problem, 20 Long Island wineries and five Long Island breweries are lined up to appease your thirst.

Edible Long Island?is proud to be following in the footsteps of our older and wiser siblings: Edibles East End, Brooklyn and Manhattan, and sharing a commitment to the simple celebration of local food.
