FRESH Friday’s are back! The theme this year is “Go Hard or Go OM”! Our mission is to “Educate. Elevate. Celebrate!” a FRESH tribe for a happy, healthy party inside an exclusive NYC nightclub–at a reasonable hour!

Last year we had such an overwhelmingly positive response to our first-ever FRESH Friday party, where we kept true to all things FRESH: Food, Relaxation, Exercise, Sleep & Happiness, and we are thrilled to be back for another round at the Up & Down–the FRESHest Club in NYC!

Our plan to keep it FRESH:

• Food: Healthy appetizers for the first hour & FRESH juice-infused cocktails & mocktails, sponsored by WTRMLN WTR!
• Relaxation: The “Re-FRESH & DeStress Lounge,” sponsored by The Monday Campaigns, will be open for your relaxation pleasure.
• Exercise: Dust off your dancing shoes from last year, and get out on the dancefloor to the beats of the hottest DJ in NYC, Todd Jones!
• Sleep: No worries of turning into a stale pumpkin at midnight–you’ll be in bed by then! Dream on! Zzzzz….
• Happiness: Research proves nothing makes people happier than other people! Bring all your friends–and be prepared to make more!
