Join Slow Food NYC on Monday, October 22 at God’s Love We Deliver for a lively panel discussion about the current state of our oceans—and how our plates can make a difference. From restauranteurs to food thinkers, oyster farmers, and sea greens experts, we’ll dive into a range of perspectives on slow fish and the stories behind it.

Panel Speakers:

Michael-Ann Rowe (Moderator) – Emmy Award-Winning Producer of Off the Beaten Palate, ‘Fishionista’

Mark Kurlansky – New York Times Best-Selling Author of Cod, The Big Oyster, and Salt

Karen Rivara – Founding Member of the Noank Aquaculture Cooperative

Tickets include cocktail hour admission featuring sustainable caviar from Calvisius, bites from Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co., select AeroFarms microgreens, local oysters, and sips inspired by the sea!

All proceeds directly support our good, clean, and fair food education programs across New York City. Our ticket options allow for attendees to contribute to our shared mission at the level of their choosing.
