September 28: Free Documentary Screening of Sonic Sea

NRDC will be screening the National Resource Defense Fund’s Emmy-nominated documentary film Sonic Sea. Sonic Sea details the impact of industrial and military ocean noise on whales and other marine life and offers solutions and hope for a quieter ocean. The 60-minute screening will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with ocean experts to discuss the acoustic threats facing New York’s marine life as a result of reckless oil and gas exploration and development, and how you can help.
