Organic Solutions: Go Beeyond Using Pesticides and Seek Organics

Get involved and let us eliminate our use of pollinator-toxic pesticides like neonicotinoids and glyphosate. Let us spread the word and share the news that organic farming systems are healthier for bees, butterflies, people and the planet.

We must apply pressure to our state and federal officials and ask them to ban these toxic chemicals, because pollinators are dying off in swaths as we speak, yet are crucial to revitalizing and protecting our food system. Check out this article from Civil Eats, which highlights the most recent European neonic ban, as well as the significant impact of these chemicals, which still exist nevertheless.  Moreover, we must address the legacy of these Big Ag companies such as Bayer-Monsanto, which are making and selling products like Round Up, which continue to degrade our food system and put our public health and environment at risk. Please, spread the word, learn more about the implications of GMO’S and pesticide-use, so we can enact the changes we need now, today!
