Come explore the world of vegan cooking with iEat Green’s Zoom Cooking Classes! Join Bhavani Tonight, and “Let’s Cook Dinner Together!” from 6-7pm!
Tonight we will be making Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Creamed Spinach, Asparagus and Red Pepper. We will serve it with Herbed Brown Rice and Arugula Salad with Beets and Strawberries in Pear Vinaigrette. This is a great recipe for this time of year, since Spinach, Arugula and Asparagus are all in season and growing in my garden!
Beginning at 6pm, EST, we will chop, cook, drink, and have fun, while getting dinner on the table! Please sign up, so I can send you the recipe ahead of time, and you can have most of the ingredients on hand. The recipes are flexible, so if you don’t have all of the ingredients, you can substitute something else or leave it out.
