Hi Everyone,

Yes, I stole Slow Food’s tag line, “Good, Clean and Fair” because those are the issues to think about, every time you make a food choice, (of course I added delicious, because that is important too!) If you ask yourself these questions every time you are shopping, cooking, ordering or eating, you will be making a difference in your health and the health of the planet.

As I say good-bye to 2019, I look forward to all the possibilities that 2020 holds, especially the possibility of a new administration that honors and respects science, climate change, people of all races, genders, religions and nationalities, women and children, the natural world and the truth! I’ve had enough of Fake News and Lies. We need to restore our democracy for the people, spread love, not hate, and get everyone to VOTE!!
