I was amazed to learn about the huge network of young people involved in agriculture, who are benefiting from this online and off-line service of mentors and professionals that Courtney is helping to build around the world, especially in rural, developing countries. They have members from over 190 countries, sharing ideas and lessons learned, while providing a social exchange outlet, that is so needed among many of the isolated young people.
