Hi Everyone,
Finally, my kitchen is being renovated. It’s a scaled back version of what I originally had imagined, but it will be a vast improvement on what it has been for the past 21 years. In the meantime, I have set up a make-shift kitchen in my garage (my garage isn’t really a garage. We had made it a hang-out/ storage space years ago) I am using a reception desk as my cooking area, equipped with my Induction Wok, Insta-Pot, Air Fryer, Food Processor, Vita-Mix, Toaster Oven and Microwave. I have filing cabinets for food storage, book shelves for more food storage, and a slop sink for washing dishes. We set up a 6′ and a 4′ folding table to dry my dishes and all of the produce coming out of the garden. I have also incorporated using the grill more, for everything from vegan pizzas to grilled watermelon. It’s an adventure working in my make-shift kitchen, but it has made the wait a little more manageable.
