The UN Climate Summit, COP26, Fails Us All! 

In spite of the good intentions coming out of the UN Climate Summit, the pledges are not strong enough to reduce emissions to the necessary level, in order to avoid the devastating results of a warming planet. Sea levels will rise by at least 2 feet, life threatening heat waves, forest fires, and droughts will become more regular, and the ice-sheet loss and permafrost thaw will trigger an ecosystem collapse from which there is no return. Why Don’t the People in Power See This?

Know Your Produce!

I’ve known for years that all organic produce starts with the number “9” and that conventional produce starts with the number “4”, but I didn’t know there was a number associated with genetically modified foods. Now I do!!
