Recipe: Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
 
Ingredients
  • 3 sweet potatoes, cut into long fries
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika
Instructions
  1. Dredge sweet potatoes in cornstarch by placing cornstarch in a large zip-lock bag and adding the sweet potatoes. Close bag and shake, until evenly coated.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and cover with the olive oil.
  3. Lay out sweet potatoes and toss in the oil. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
  4. Bake in pre-heated 450* oven for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
