The Ad Pepsi Doesn’t Want You to See
Pepsico just released their 90’s product, Crystal Pepsi, in Canada and it has just arrived again to the United States. Thanks to the laudable efforts of individuals stepping up to Pepsico in the recent past and organizations like SumofUs, which mobilize efforts against shameful practices, the company finally responded with a palm-oil commitment to source sustainably. However, there is a loophole in their policy which allows them to buy palm-oil from a third-party company, Indofoods, which has no problem destroying rain forests and exploiting indigenous populations and worker’s rights. Please, sign the petition and spread the word as Pepsico is currently promoting the re-release of this ‘old favorite’, Crystal Clear Pepsi (blech!).
