Tell the Biden Administration they must take Executive Action to promote universal access to safe water for every person.

We are the wealthiest country on the planet, yet we can’t manage to guarantee fresh, clean water for every American? I don’t believe it. We just need to DO IT!! Water bills have grown by 80 percent since 2010, and an estimated 15 million people will experience a water shutoff because they can’t afford their water bills. The pandemic makes it worse, and most states don’t have safe guards for shutting off the water.

The New Administration can’t get in there Fast enough!

We need to stop the destruction of the Tongass National Forest, North America’s largest Carbon sink. We need to protect this land from the Trump administration exempting the Tongass from the Roadless Rule. Not only do we need this for Climate Change, but the continued destruction ignores the interests of the Alaska Native Tribes in that region.

Earthjustice, along with thei partners at NRDC, responded last month by suing the Trump administration on behalf of Tribal governments, tourism businesses, commercial fishing organizations, and conservation groups to challenge the gutting of these protections.
