Take Action: Protect Kids from Junk Food Ads on Educational Platforms!
Posted on March 2, 2021
The Center for Science in the Public Interest is asking us all to help get junk food ads off of platforms designed to teach our kids. It’s hard to believe that we need to push for this, because it seems so obvious that advertising junk food to kids on-line, while they are trying to do their school work, is a terrible idea. Sadly, roughly 60% of school issued laptops contain junk food ads and don’t have policies preventing it.
